Sports Bra While Breast Feeding

That was all I had - I generally do not like the feel of regular bras even before I was pregnant. They don't hold too tightly, allow breathing of the skin and are easier to slip over the breast to breastfeed.

You don't want it too tight. I am pretty sure there are nursing sports bras though. When I first started bf I researched different kinks of nursing bras and I am preey sure I saw sports ones.

I think you aren't supposed to wear one 24/7 as that would be too much "squishing' but if you are going to exercise what other option is there? I had a great nursing sports bra I got from Target online

and I wore it or a regular sportsbra whenever i went running (starting 6 weeks after my c-section) and I nursed until she was 2.5 yrs old.
Good luck!

It's fine. I often wore a sports bra although I did have a few comfortable nursing bras that I loved (sans underwire). They also make nursing sports bras but I didn't care for it; it was made funny and didn't support me.

I wore a non-nursing sports bra that was pretty snugwhen exercising while breastfeeding. I nursed regularly and only wore it while exercising. I also had to go up a size as my usual one didn't fit. I didn't have any problems with it.

I wore a sports bra all the time when I was breastfeeding. They are much cheaper then nursing bras and much more comfortable to me. They make the positioning very easy also.

I actually have a breastfeeding sports bra. It is Gilligan & O'Malley brand and I bought it at Target. It's pretty comfy and it's easy for nursing.

Thats all I wore while I exclusively nursed two children. I just could not find a comfortable nursing bra, I didn't want underwire but needed the support. Mine were never too tight, although if I were exercising I would want it pretty snug.
