I have, like everyone else, a FABULOUS realtor-she also happens to be my mom! But really, she would bend over backwards for her clients. If you are interviewing different realtors give her a call.

I have another recommendation. Tony Stevens from Coldwell Banker Burnet Realtry in Edina. He helped us find our first home over 14 years ago (before it went on the market)and we have decided to have him sell ours now and help us find our new home in the spring. He puts his heart into finding and selling homes. He is not your typical agent. He listens and gives suggestions as he sees it. Hi my husband and I just bought our first home this last july. We worked with Schatz group GMAC for 2 years prior to our purchase. We had some credit issues and they never gave up on us. They helped us through and encouraged and they were wonderful. We had some experience with other realtors before schatz group and as soon as they found out they were actually going to have to work for our business they would give up stop calling and wouldn't return our calls. One of the reasons that schatz group is so committed is because they are souly referal based. They are not spending extra dollars on marketing so it allows them to keep their costs down and in turn passes that onto buyers/sellers. Also they work as a team so their are 4 different realtors at your disposal. If one is unavailable you do not have to schedule around the one which can be an inconvenience as a seller.
