I have a 2 1/2 year old girl and a 4 month old girl and would love to start a playgroup for them (mostly my 2 1/2 year old) on or near Fort Bliss. I would especially like to meet other military wives. Anyone interested?

i still haven't tried out the playgroup at the bowling alley on ft. bliss, but i met a bunch of other army wives on myspace and we have a playgroup started at kelly park on post. if anyone is interested in joining us, message me for the details
I too live on the west side, but I use to go to a playgroup on fort bliss all the time. If I remember correctly, they go to the bowling alley on post on Tuesdays and Thursdays I think. You might want to call the bowling alley on post. Also, I found it by googling "playgroups in el paso" hope this helps.

I have 4 kids, ages 8,6,4 and 15 months. I'm also a stay at home mom and love everything about it except the lack of adult interaction. My two oldest are in school all day and my 4 year old goes to 1/2 day Pre K. We live in post housing in the Logan Heights area. Someone on these boards suggested www.meetup.com to find different groups to meet up with. I found several people in the area that want to form mom groups. I am still not sure I am ready for one but am considering and that is why I was doing some research. Look under mom meetups and it will guide you to people in your zip code. Good luck.
Hi, my name is C. I'm a SAHM to a 7 1/2 month old little boy, and I'm really interested in getting him socialized with kids his age. I live in the Northeast El Paso and it makes me sad that most of the playgroups here are either military-only, in the West side, or only allow babies over the age of 12mo. I'm also looking for some mom friends with kids around my son's age, I feel so lonely and my fiance works all day haha ANY info or reply would be so appreciated. :)
