Stacy- looks like you got some good responses. IF you are delivering at Beaumont the offer a Mom's group and parent groups. My husband and I did the parent group with our first. It was a great way to meet new parents and get some great info from nurses and other pareting experts!

I'm the coordinator for a mom's group. We're called the Oak Arbor Moms & Tots, and we meet at the Oak Arbor Church and School in Rochester. We meet on Wednesday mornings each week, and there are no membership fees or anything like that. Our goal is just to support each other and have fun together! There are 2 MOMs clubs in Rochester hills - one for people who live North of Tienken and 1 for those who live South. They post info in Suburban lifestyles - the local freebie paper about where and when they meet and there is also a website - look under moms club and then find the rochester mi chapter. They have playgroups moms nite out, a regular meeting with speakers and a book club. Good luck and see you there soon!
