Looking for reading, scrapbooking, bible study groups, to get involved with. Would love to have social outings to add to my very bare social calander! Ha Just wanting to meet other moms, to build long lasting friendships with and to fill the void of being a single mom and devoting all my time to them. Now that my son is 19 and my daughter will 13 this month, I find myself not as needed by them. If anyone has any spaces open for the above groups, I would like the opportunity to join in. Thanks and I look forward to joining some new groups. ;-)

Hi C. we would love to have you join us in Mothers and More. You sound a lot like the more in our group :) We offer a wide variety of events including bookclub, scrapbook is just taking off again, we are working on a Bunco night, Seasoned Moms group, Moms only meeting nights, Exercise groups are starting. We have kids as little as 3 months and up into their teens now. We also have a great email loop that keeps us all in touch. I just recently started going to First Baptist Church-Carrollton and really like it. I am going to a Ladies Night Out on Thursday with them. We are going to picnic out at the Arboritum. We are around 25 to 35 yrs old. Let me know if you would like more info..there are other groups that get together in the church as well if you are interested.
