I second the recommendations for Joan Green and Diane Holzer. They were both present at my birth, and did a great job. You might also consider talking to
Griselda Hernandez, Yeshi Newman or Collette Mercier.
Some doulas you might talk to are Susan Bradford and Renee Verduin.

I don't have their information with me this weekend at home, but feel free to contact me personally and I can get that for you when I am back in my office next week.
