Can anyone recommend a good pediatric dentist. I live in Glen Grove subdivision off of Roberta Rd. I like the area in Harrisburg near Hwy 49 and Roberta Rd. but am open to other suggestions.

What can I do next?

We have only been once, but really liked Evan Long. He's at 5641 Poplar Tent Rd. in Concord. www.DocLong.com
Good luck!

Dr. Stephanie Chen. She is the best dentist we have found and we come from Huntersville to see her.

We go to Dr. Lockney & Dr. Lesley's office. Dr. Lockney does my Husbands & my teeth while Dr. Lesley does our 5 children. Ages are 13 to 3. I am not sure if Dr. Lesley is listed as a Pediatric Dentist but my kids love her. She was our now 5 yr old twins first Dentist and our now 3 yr old daughters. They love her and she is very gentle and patient with each child. She also stops if the child is crying, which one twin did his first visit. She didn't want him to remember being scared when coming. Now that twin is always wanting to go first into the chair!
They are on Branchview Drive (Concord), which is 2 streets behind the Carolina Mall that is on Highway 29.
Their # is ###-###-####.
I like being in the same practice for medical reasons. They know Parents history as well as taking care of your kids!
Good Luck & welcome to the area.

I take my son to see Evan Long on Poplar Tent Road. He is wonderful and it is just the right type of atmosphere for children. They have video stations where they can play video games after their teeth are cleaned by the hygenist and they are waiting to see the dentist. Dr. Long also talks to them about everyday stuff while he exams their teeth to try to get their minds off of the exam. I really like Dr. Long and Tyler does very well there. The staff is really good too. Also, you can get an appointment usually within a few days instead of weekw of calling if you want one for any reason. My son had eaten something that cut his gums which caused swelling and an infection and I called Dr. Long office and they saw him the next day and he was treated. The other dentist he saw before would've made him wait longer for an appointment.
