I'm a working mom that is desperately looking for some scheduled activiites to do with my 2 1/2" year old daughter. I'm finding that anything the park district offers occurs during the day. Looking for anything from swimming classes to art or music.

don't know where you are located, but the Schaumburg Athletic Association has many activities, soccer, etc... that have practices during weeknights and games on Saturdays. I know many teams start as early as 3 yrs. old.... www.saa-online.com
I am not sure where you live but the Rolling Meadows Park District offers a few evening programs for kids. You might want try looking at their webiste at http://www.rmparks.org.
