nope. when I was pregnant with my boys - we knew before any ultrasound that we were having a boy - my voice got deep - it was hilarious.

when i was pregnant with Alexis - my hair grew, my voice was "softer" and my nails grew....it was a weird experience.

Ultrasounds can be wrong for a lot of reasons. With my daughter the radiologist told us he thought it was a girl, but don't paint the room pink :) We went for orange , yellow and green. Worked out well as my little girl hated pink until she was about 16.

It hasn't happened to me... but a friend of mine just had her first baby 3 weeks ago and they said twice it was a girl....after the second time being told they bought girl stuff. When she delivered.. it was a healthy boy!

I never wanted to know the sex of any of my kids, but the last one showed some problems on an ultra sound. I ended up w/ an amnio, and an hour long ultra sound w/ a neonatal specialist. Anyway, one told me boy, the other girl. and since I didn't want to know, I didn't ask for the amnio results. I like the mystery and surprise. My baby was healthy, and nothing else mattered!

A friend of mine told me to look around the pelic area of the ultrasound if there are 3 lil white dots that form a triangle then its a girl, i guess where women have more cartalige for child bearing and males plvic areas are solid not sure but I didnt hear about this till this last pregnancy but I didnt have to worry about it he rolled over for the tech.

They said boy. I got a boy. These two websites also confirmed for me a boy.

My doctor said that in her 13 years as an OB- even with technology advancements and all- she has only had 2 come out wrong.

Girls are hard to distinguish sometimes on the ultrasound. I slept with my hand between my legs and wouldn't roll over inside so I was expected to be a boy but I most cetainly am not

My first it was unsure then another tech. thought it was a boy but we ended up buying neutral because we weren't sure it was back & forth,my girls they were different from my boy now on number 4 my mommy instincts says girl so does all the symptoms I swear i'm back to being pregnant with my girls.I won't find out for another 4 weeks even then baby may not cooperate.With my girls the techs had a good view even outlined why they see a girl.

Old wives tale - Ring on a string - Dangle the ring above your belly If it goes in circles its a girl if it swings back and forth its a boy. It worked for all of mine. BUT it will go in order of birthing. So if you had a girl first it will show the girl. Then it will stop and continue again onto the next one. Crazy but it did show all of mine in exact order.
