Hello mommies,

I am writing this request for my dear friend. I will forward the responses over to her........

Landlord selling home-NEED RENT HOUSE QUICK!

I just received notice that my landlord is selling our home and we have to be out by May 31st! I have no time to be devestated about it and I am looking for a new home/duuplex for myself and my three kids. I live in Plano and am looking in Plano, McKinney, Allen, Fariview, Prosper areas. I currently pay 1000.00 and would like to find something for less to save for emergencies but it I am finding that is difficult to find around here. If you know of anything I would certainly appreciate a heads up! Thank you so much!!

What can I do next?

We own rental property and have listed our property through lochheadproperties. Ask for Shelia. They have listings in various price ranges.

C.,

My husband and I were in a financial bind last year. We eneded up living at the Budget Suites in The Colony (10 minutes west of Stonebriar on 121)for almost a year. ###-###-####) Great security - very very clean. It was like living in a really small apartment. They have two suite sizes. Both the 1 and 2 br have a small living room (couch, coffee and end table, lamps and TV), table with 2 chairs in the "dining area" and a kitchen with full sized appliance and a full bath. The one bedroom has one bedroom with a wall closet, the 2 bedroom has additional "pantry/storage" space and a second bedroom with a walk in closet. The 2 br when we left in December was $299 a week plus tax. (after 30 straight days of staying there your tax is refunded and you no longer pay tax) Yes that is $1200 a month but it includes electricity, phone, water cable and high speed internet. The one bedroom was $219 for a ground floor a week and $10 less for each level you went up. Each building has 3 levels. The staff is great, the property is clean and bug free. You need maybe $50 deposit, $30 for room and $10 per key. Which they gladly refund when you move out. If nothing else it will give you time to find something right for you. It is fully furnished. You would just need your sheets (Queen sized), towels, cookware plates etc. Sorry so long a response.
