Can anyone recommend a good General Practitioner in the Burbank/Glendale area? I would like a good doctor whose office doesn't get so busy that I would have a hard time making appointments. Thanks for your recommendations.
I cannot say enough great things about our pediatrician, Dr Boxstein at Burbank Pediatrics! We've never had a tough time getting in, even in an emergency, and have always been treated with kindness, love and respect. The doctor doesn't shove "his opinion" down your throat rather gently guides you in a way to make the best decision for you and your family.

I like my GP... Dr. Paresh Varu. He's in the medical office on Olive Ave, right next door to Nickelodian studio (by Victory Blvd.) I've been seeing him for about 8 years and I never have aproblem getting in when needed and the secretary is very friendly, etc.
Oh my goodness. I have the greatest doctor for you. Her name is Dr. Catherine Chern at Valley Health, on the corner of Alameda and Buena Vista, across from St. Joe's. She is so amazing! The kind of doctor who would call you at home to see how you're doing. She spends plenty of time with you, sits down, listens, goes over options. She is the best! She only accept PPO. Also, she networks with a lot of other really fantastic doctors and they all work together so nicely to coordinate my care. I can't say enough positive things about her! Oh, and it's really easy to get in for an appointment.
I love Dr. Ohadi with Valley Health Care in Burbank. She is wonderful, takes her time with each patient, actually listens to what you have to say and will corespond by email with patients. I have referred several friends all of who love. I have found it very easy to get an appt with her! Hope this helps.

I have been through 2 other GP's and the third time is a charm. I LOVE Dr. Susan Hammar at Burbank Pediatrics on Magnolia Blvd in Burbank near Buena Vista. The staff is helpful, they are great at getting you in on short notice, and my daughter is disabled so finding a great doctor was a chore. I hope you find someone you can trust!

We really like Dr. Shandiar Ohadi in Burbank. She is family practice and sees our whole family. Dr. John Peric has also been great too...my husband sees him in the same group.
Edited to add - same office as Dr Churn (mentioned below) - also really good.
Dr. Ohadi is great..she's young in her 30's has 2 boys..also educated in holistic meds and acupuncture..very sweet..
