I can't say enough great things. When my husband and I were looking, we couldn't even narrow down the neighborhoods very well. We looked at 3 flats, single family homes and condos all over the city. Derek was great-- he took our lack of specifics in stride. He'd send us listings at 2-3 am over e-mail. He knows the city very well. He is really honest... we've since recommended him to every one we know looking for a place. We did find a great home, and we knew it when we found it. An added bonus, he is really graet company and incredibly hard-working.

I've been waiting to recommend our real estate agent for years! Her name is Pam Pekoc and she works with Baird and Warner out of their office on Lincoln. Her number is ###-###-####. She mostly works in the city, but she just helped us buy a house in the suburbs. My husband and I love her--she's professional, shows up on time, a good, clear communicator, neutral about the houses she shows you--doesn't try to sell you on something just to sell it. I highly recommend her.
