Dear E.

There are public preschools for 3 & 4 year olds. Troy school district has TOTS programme , PAL , Building Blocks.

PAL programme has 2 days school for 3 years and 3 days for 4 years. My elder one went to PAL (NILES center). PAL generally runs in 3 location but varies according to the enrollment. You can go to the school district web site and find infornation.

Hope it will be helpful.

Are you dead set on public preschool? If not, check out my website:

I sent my 2 to St. Stephens co-op preschool on Adams Road in Troy. Great teachers, small class size and one of the cheapest out there. Now in 3rd grade they are at the top of their class for reading, English and math.... Check them out online or drop by the church for more details
