Hi!
What type of merchandise are you wanting to get a good deal in?
A couple of good ones for supplements, herbs are:
www.swansonsvitamins.com
www.vitacost.com (any size order,S&H 4.99)
There is also www.halfcost.com which I think will be good mostly for books but they may be the discount site for ebay. Another good site for books printed when you order them is www.lulu.com.

Ebay is your best bet. I just got a great deal for a Christmas present for my girls. If it's a buy now price make them an offer. You would be surprised how many people are willing to lower their prices.......

I've heard that Lakeside Collection is a good store. http://www.lakeside.com/home.asp I've never ordered from them, but I get their emails all the time.

I have had excellent experience with Amazon.com. Gift certificates are easy to use. Very reliable. Purchased many used books and CDs - without a single issue at extremely low prices. On Thanksgiving purchased a GPS for less than any of those Black Friday deals and we did not have to leave the house. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
