We purchased our home 3 years ago and have updated all of the door knobs and deadbolts, but now they all have different keys. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced company to come out and rekey them for us? Thanks!

Depending on where you you got your new locks, you should be able to take the locks in and have them all keyed the same. I purchased mine at home depot and they were able to key the dead bolts and the door knobs all the same for free for me about 6 years ago.

A-1 Locksmith in Plano at Alma/Parker has done wirk for us and always been reasonable and reliable. I have not had my house re-keyed so I don't know costs for that. They did install a couple of safes in our present home as well as the first home we built and did good work.

We had this done at Lowes a few years ago. I can't remember what it costs. It might not have cost anything since we bought all the new ones there, but I do think they all had to be the same brand. ??? It might be worth checking into!
