Need Inexpensive Repair & Painting of Rotted Wood Home Exterior/chimney

We need to repair wood rot & damage to the soffit/fascia/trim/siding areas of the home. We also have to replace wood and trim on the chimney area that is rotten. I need someone who can replace, tighten, seal and paint the chimney structure (or less, if that's all that is needed) and around the perimeter of the home. My decision will be motivated by price, as we're selling the house. Can you mamas point me in a direction of who to call? Thanks!

Be careful of who you hire...I'm a realtor and have seen the good and the bad!

Two guys I recommend and have used in my own home are Mark
Murphy at ###-###-#### or Perry Baker at ###-###-####. Both of these guys give a full day's work for their pay,
are careful, honest and don't charge an arm and a leg...you'll be happy with either of them. Plus you'll get a better price for your house!
