Any book suggestions for a 12 year old boy, who is really into building things? He loved 'The Dangerous Book for Boys' ...anything else out there along those lines?

So What Happened?

I got 'The Boys Book of Adventure', by the same author as the other book I mentioned. Pretty cool...Thanks for the suggestions!

My son loves the Maximum Ride series by James Patterson and the books (can't remember the series) by Anthony Horowitz.

what about "The Lightning Thief", it's a great book, I loved it.
I remember "Hatchet" by gary paulsen from my childhood.
I've also heard "Hoot" is good.

There's a great website called guysread.com that offers lots of options for boys who don't otherwise want to read (I have an 11 yr old boy). Also check with your librarian - they are super helpful in this regard - or the school librarian or his teachers..
