Does anyone know about the programs at Clubhouse-Crosspoint Church and Promoseland-McKinney Bible Fellowship? If so is one program better than the other? Any thoughts? Comments?

I have heard good things about the program at McFBC!

My son attended Pre-K last year at Concordia Christian Academy (Our Saviour Lutheran Church on Virginia between Randy Lee blvd. and Jordan Rd.) and we were incredibly impressed with their school. They offer parent-teacher conferences and report cards, just like an elementary school would! There are also programs for 2 and 3 year olds as well. My son enjoyed class parties and we loved the high parent involvement. My son just started Kindergarten (public school) and he's adjusted beautifully!

You can choose between a 5 day, 3 day or 2 day week program and it runs between 9am-2pm. Before and after school care is also offered at $4 an hour.

I second Sarah's recommendation of Concordia. My daughter went to preschool and Pre-K there, and my son is currently there in Pre-K (he also did preschool). My daughter upon starting kinder was at the top of her class even though she was the youngest. I credit her Pre-K teacher for that. It is also a much smaller church so the atmosphere was a much easier adjustment for my kids. Sorry, no help on the ones you posted. Just wanted to say that CCa is great! Best of luck on your search.

Both are great programs! I was the founding director at Clubhouse (I am no longer in the Preschool industry)and they have a terrific program and excelent leadership in place. I had a child attend Promiseland and loved it too! Slight differences but both awesome programs. My youngest will be at Cottonwood Creek this year which is the closes to my office and less $$ for the toddler program. Again a fantastic program. Good luck! If space isn't available make sure they put you on the wait lists.

Feel free to call if you want more input.

My daughter went to promiseland and she and I absolutely loved it. All the kids I saw were very happy. It was her first experience so I was nervous. The teachers, even the ones not in her class were very nice and friendly and I saw plenty of kids not wanting to go home bc they were having fun. I have also heard great things about clubhouse and I went to check it out but the kids did not look excited to be there and the few staff mem era I ran into were not as warm. Hope this helps. I only took my daughter out bc they don't separate the ages in terms of older/younger 2&3 year old which is important if your child is a Lil advanced and you don't want them to digress.

I work at Crosspoint, and the program is great! Certified teachers in the 3&4 year olds, great ratios, and we do academic and Christian activities. We have openings, you should call. My daughter is in the one year old class.

Promiseland has a great program. Both of my children attended classes there. My youngest was in the 2 yr program, and oldest in the Pre-K. I loved both sets of teachers and they learned so much there.

Good luck!
