Hi I am looking for a nice location to have my son( turning 6) birthday party. It seems there is not anywhere special, other than Chuck e cheese. I am welcome to any suggestions.

Thank you.

K.

Hi K.

I once went to a cool kids party place in that plaza where the Pat Catan's is. Not sure if it is still open because I don't live over there any more.

One other thing that you could do is have the Gymagic Bus come to your house. I have done this twice and it is awesome. They take the kids out to the bus for an hour and do cool gymnastic activities. When the kids come back in you have cake presents and your done. The guys who runs it is bassed out of Mars. I want to say it was $100 bucks or so. He also charges mileage which you would be kind of far...I am five minutes away from where he parks. He parks right off the turnpike at HAmpton.

Good luck.

What about the Children's museum, or the Science Center? Or a Pumpkin Patch? JoAnn's also does kids classes-- maybe they could do a private party class.

While I feel all the cool places mentioned are great -- We liked the Conley's Inn on Route 30. They have an indoor pool party package that is reasonable, food for children included.
I have found that parties where the kids are truly entertained allows for little distractions.
It is not the Hilton but for a children's party for 2-3 hours it was great. We have been to 3 parties there this year (one my sons) and are going to another mid october.

Monster Golf in Monroeville next to the Good Will is another.
Nesbit Lanes in Plum does very reasonable and organized bowling parties.

I have an 8 yo, 6 yo, and 3 yo, so I've been to a few parties. If you don't mind a bit of travel from Murraysville, Giggles and Smiles at the Mills is a great choice. I also like Funfest in Harmarville for bowling parties.
