There are many great playgrounds in that area, we actually just moved from there and I miss them! Since your kids are younger, there is one right in Plainville on 106- its all fenced in, good for the little ones. There is the best one in North Attleboro (WWII Memorial) on Elmwood St. It is beautiful. They rebuilt it a few years ago and it is the best one in the area. There is also a low key petting zoo (all free, bring apples and carrots.) If you go, not to worry when you first drive in, you'll go past the old playground first. The new section is around the bend. There are a couple of fountains and a wishing well. It is great!

Although I am not sure of a playground in Mansfield, there are a few very nice ones in Attleboro. Capron Park has a nice playground and also Poncitt-Hewitt Park (sp?). However, my favorite is Riverwalk (right behind the Library). My daughter is also 2 and just LOVES it there!
I hope this helps!

Hi N.-
I have lived in Mansfield for two years and absolutely love Borderland State Park in North Easton. I live on the east side of town and the park is about 3 miles from us. They don't have a playground for kids but there are several acres of lawn and great walking and hiking trails. They also have some organized events in the summer months. The website is listed below. Let me know if you need any other advice about Mansfield.
