I can definately help you out. I came from out of the country and used to have my brother-in-law handle my affairs. He has since retired and it took a long time for me to find someone I could trust to handle my investments. I would recommend Mike Price of Edward Jones ###-###-####.
A great accountant is Ron Yamashiro, CPA from the firm Brewer & Tominaga ###-###-####.

You can feel very comfortable with both sources.

I could suggest an accountant but they're in the san fernando valley. I moved from Simi when my oldest dd was 10 months and we just moved back. My kids are 11, 8, 7 (all girls) & 6 (boy). I have lived in the San Fernando Valley my entire life. So while I don't know anyone in Simi I have the most wondeful pediatrician in Encino as well as the best financial advisor who is located downtown. Just let me know if you would like their info. Welcome to Simi! I moved here about 7yrs ago, and LOVE it! I know this isn't what you're looking for, but this coming Tuesday, from 9am-12n, the MOMs Club will be hosting a membership drive at Lemon Park. It's a great group of women, and a great source of resources in the area. Just might be something to look into to ease the transition. check it out!
