Looking for a Pediatrician in the Lutz Area

Please call "Dr. Nina" Yanina Abaunza-Fiallos. You will not regret it. She takes care of my two girls for 4 yrs now and she is an excellent pediatrician. She is at the Chateau center right next to Cheval. Good luck.She is very detailed and extremely loving. My daughter gets so excited when I tell her she is going to see Dr. Nina. That tells me a lot!

We go to Dr. Nina's Pediatrics in Lutz off of Dale Mabry (next to Cheval). Dr. Nina's is a private practice & we have been very happy with the care we receive there. I highly recommend Dr. Nina and her staff. Both of my children (ages 5 & 3) just love her also!

We used to go to Dr. Nina's pediatrics (her full name is Yanina Abaunza-Fiallos if you want to look her up on your insurance) on Dale Mabry in Lutz. I think that she has a partner now, who I've never met, but she is still a small pediatrics office (not one of those big groups with so many doctors that you never get to see your own). We don't go there anymore because it got to be just too far for me to drive (we live near Wesley Chapel High school).
Now we go to Dr. Surti, who I guess is technically in Lutz as well even though he is much closer to our home (on SR 54 near Gymboree). He has a partner (Dr. Morales, I believe) who I also really like, but it's also the same small practice feel. Dr. Surti is really good about being able to get you in the same day if your child is sick (which is something that I sometimes had a problem with with Dr. Nina), and not just to see his partner but to see him.

Dr. Yanina Fiallos all the way:). She is located in Lutz on Dale Mabry between the entrances to Cheval and Calusa Trace. Her phone number is ###-###-####. She is a solo practitioner, but occasionally has others cover for her if she goes out of town. Wait time is always minimal and same day appts are quite easy to get. Her husband is a pediatric intensivist, so if your child was ever admitted to a hospital and needed a specialist's care (ICU), her husband would be consulted...so it stays all in the family. I am an RN in the Women's Center at UCH and chose Dr. Fiallos because she came highly recommended from my fellow staff members. Good luck!

Dr Saxena is EXCELLENT!Her practice is in Lutz and is called Living Wellness Center for Integrative Family Health. We recommend her to lots of our moms and they are all pleased with their care. Also I go to her for well woman care. She is patient and understanding and takes time to explain all that she is doing and why and will go through results thoroughly with you making sure that you understand exactly what is going on and treatment prescribed. As she is a family care practitioner you are able to become real familiar with her.

We used to go to Dr. Nina in Lutz. She is wonderful. We had to leave her because of insurance changes. We miss her terribly. We have moved to Dr. Payal Patel...she is in Lutz as well a little further north on Dale Mabry than Dr. Nina. She has a small practice (only her), she's very easy to understand (clear speaking) and interactive with my children. We like her alot as well. Good Luck!!!

Pediatric Health Care Alliance in lutz on 54. Dr. Buxxeo and tan are great!!! They also have an evening office which is open on weekends also in Tampa on Gunn Highway in case of emergency.

My daughter goes to Dr. Teena Hughes she is near USF. It is a single practice, she is our second pediatrician we were not happy with the first multi practice that we were with. My daughter has asthma and Dr Hughes and her staff have been wonderful. She was recommended by St. Joseph's Children's Hospital to us. She takes her right away for sick visits and she answers all our questions and concerns. She is also quick to return calls to her after hours. With an asthmatic child you never know when it will strike.
