I am looking for a kid friendly dentist in the south ft worth area. I took my little one to a dentist who had really bad teeth. The office wasn't geared toward little kids.He was pediatric dentist. We didn't have a great experience

I highly recommend Dr. Harry Stimmell on Sycamore School road. My daughter has been doing for the past 7 years and she loves it. They have video games and movies for the kids and even have monitors for them to watch while their teeth are being worked on. Good luck!
Burleson Pediatric Denistry is also a very kid friendly dentist office. I tried to take my daughter (5) to my regular dentist office a couple different times and she would not cooperate with them, but then I took her to Burleson Pediatric and she had a great experience there. They make it a lot of fun for the kids.
Dr. Gordon Strole is awesome! He is on Hulen.
Like Audrey, I'm not sure our dentist is as far south as you'd like, but Dr. Randall Barkley is a fantastic pediatric dentist. Our son (2 years old as well) has been twice and both times has had an awesome experience. Dr. Barkley's dental assistant for the younger kiddoes is Shiloh Childress and he's also fantastic with our son. Both Dr. Barkley and Shiloh are also members of our church. Dr. Barkley's office is located on Hulen just south of Central Market. We live in Burleson but are so pleased with the care our son recieves that we are willing to drive a little out of our way just to go there.

The whole staff is great. My son has been going there for about 3 years. THey really are wonderful. They are located off Hulen behind Central Market.
I took my son to Drs. Church and Preece. I can't remember which one we saw (isn't that terrible?!) -- we've only been once -- but he was fantastic, and my friend has been taking her boys there for years and said they're both great. Everyone was really nice and the whole experience was really good and the real bottom line, my son is excited to go to the dentist!

Fort Worth Pediatrics across from Harris Methodist SW is fantastic. I went to Dr. Weiner as a kid (as did several of my friends) and now my son goes there as well as several friends' children. His staff is fantastic and he is wonderful with the kids. I can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Jack Morrow is a great pediatric dentist. I personally went to him for years and as soon as my son is old enough he will be seeing him as well. I dont know if his office is south enough for you but this is the address:

I have to go with Audrey on this one, Dr. Jack Morrow is an Angel! My daughter was completely freaked out about going to the dentist so my regular dentist recommended Dr. Morrow. She was 4 back then & is now his 15 year old patient! My 3 year old has started going to him now as well & she loves it. His staff is awesome too! He has a partner by the name of Dr. Jamieson (I beleive) who has covered for him when he had to be out & my 3 year old loved him as well. The office is right off of 183 & Bryant Irvin Road on the corner by the old Country Day school.
I also gotta recommend Dr. Barkley. He sees my almost 4 year old, and does a great job. (We also love Shiloh, but I'm sure the other hygienists are good too.)
I used to go to Dr. Morrow when I was a kid and when it came time for me to take my own children, I chose Dr. Jamieson. He is in the office with Dr. Morrow. He also has an office in Burleson that he just opened. Dr. Jamieson is very soft spoken and a very neat guy. My kids love him. They have all kinds of activities, games, and movies to keep the kids occupied. My son had to have 2 teeth pulled at 1 time and I just knew that he would ask for me and want me to come back there. But 45 minutes after he went back, the nurse came out and said they were all done. I couldn't believe it. So he is an awesome dentist and the staff is awesome. But Jack Morrow is an awesome dentist too!!!

I took my daughter to Dr. Weiner also. They now have a satellite office in Burleson. You can't go wrong with them!!! Good luck.
Dr. Randy Barkley on Hulen is the BEST!!!! His staff is AWESOME! I would trust my child's life with them - and I am completely serious about that. They are not only great in dentistry but wonderful, loving people. You will not be disappointed.
