Looking for a Buyer for My 2003 Lincoln Navigator
My father recently passed away and I am inheriting his vehicle. Any ideas how to sell my Navigator in this market? It's a great luxury SUV and I hate to part with it but want my dad's car more.

Put it on cars.com. It's easy and all you ahve to do is take a picture of it and put down the details. I sold my last car that way and it was really easy!!

1st, figure out how much it's worth on www.kbb.com. You can find out how much you should be able to get for it private party or resale (like to CarMax). Private party will get you more money.
You can also print a nice flyer to tape on the inside of one of the car windows. Then, get a for sale sign and part it somewhere highly visible.
You can also pay a small fee to post it on AutoTrader.com, they'll take the pictures and create the online and print ad.
Good luck!

Have you looked at carmax? They will appraise your car and give you a price. You do not have to buy a car from them, you can just sell them a car. Their pricing seems pretty fair but you may get more by trying to private sell it. So you obviously pay for the luxury of not having to deal with selling it yourself.
I had them price my CRV and they gave me an excellent offer, we also had them price my hubbys Mazda 5 and the offer was not quite as excellent.
Good luck

We had an older Navigator and just sold it about a month ago. We put it on Ebay and Craigslist and got offers really quick. We ended up selling it to a local on ebay within three days. Good Luck!
