I manage some properties and had a young man do some work for me recently. I was impressed with him. He looks kind of "neo-hippish" but he was a hard worker, did a good job, kept things cleaned up and seems to know his business. He's good around kids - has a young daughter, and you can actually communicate with him - something I can't do with the lawn service workers I'm stuck with.
