Kidcare at Lifetime Fitness?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has used the kid care at Lifetime Fitness (at Trinity Mills) and what you thought of it. I am thinking of switching from LA Fitness, where the kidcare has unfortunately fallen way below my standards (poor quality, bad ratios, and high turnover of staff). I have a very petite 2 year old and don't want her to get trampled by older kids! And I'll have an infant as well. many thanks!

What can I do next?

I am a Lifetime Fitness in Carrollton member and I can not say enough Great things about the center. As far as the daycare I have only used it a few times but when but son was younger he had separation anxiety REALLY bad and the caretaker was so professional, caring and sweet. My son did a lot better than expected and it was/is Very clean. I did not hesistate not once leaving my son there.

By the way if you need/want a workout buddy let me know.

Hi B.,
I completely agree with Robin's response. My son is 11 months old and I've been using the child care at Lifetime Fitness since he was 3 months old. They are extremely professional and very sweet. I use the center at least 4 times a week and feel so comfortable leaving him with them. I had no idea that a gym could have such quality child care.

I have not had experience with the Trinity Mills location, but I have with the North Garand, Plano and Allen/McKinney locations. My son LOVES it and the childcare, summer camps and other childrens' programs are the reason most people join there.

This lifetime fitness location is WONDERFUL for childcare. I can't say enough good things about them. We've been going there for over a year and their staff is very steady. They are always excited to see my kids and remember my 4 year old by name even though she's not there often (she's usually in school). You have to make a reservation ahead of time for the infants (3 months old to walking) and they only allow 4 infants at a time. I usually go around 10 and it's never a problem to get an appointment, but I think it's a little busier earlier. The regular area is rarely crowded and the staff watch the kids closely. I'm really picky about who I leave my children with, and I've never had a problem there. I would not recommend the Plano location though, it's absolutely crazy.
