Is there a way you can work when your husband is home? Maybe weekends, evenings, holidays, over-night? What about part-time work? I know some people who make a living off of Avon. Try the part-time route if not maybe you can offer to baby-sit during the day and off hour to bring in some extra income. Good luck

Hi SJ, you got some good suggestions but I would say that for direct sales (like Discovery Toys and Passion Parties) you really need to have a "Selling" personality. I tried selling Discovery for a while but did not succeed because I am more shy and reserved and had a hard time asking for sales and thriving at parties and home-visits. You could also look into mystery shopping as a way to supplement income. You won't get rich from it, but you can get a lot of perks and there are lots of shops where you can bring your kids along. You are an independent contractor so you choose your own schedule. Visit http://www.volition.com for ways to sign up. Just remember, signup should always be free - NEVER pay a mystery shopping company up front. Companies that ask for money up front are always scams. Good luck.

The toys provide open-ended play: that is, there's no right way or wrong way to play with them...there are usually many different ways, depending upon the level of the child and his imagination. Often multiple sets of rules are provided for different ways to play the same game. We also give most info in 3 languages.
