I as well live in Firestone Park and we are looking at selling our house this summer. We have been using Courtney Jones from Hanna Smythe her # is ###-###-#### she is great she always gets back to us very quickly and she is great at what she does!!

I would suggest Markley Realty. Ask for John Markley and tell him that M. Hawthorne referred you. The phone # is ###-###-####. I have used him 2 times so far, once when we bought our home and now that we are trying to sell it. He is a great guy and definately out to help you sell your home and not just get a commission in his pocket. He will offer you many suggestions if anything needs done to the house as well. We have used Barb Snyder in Akron. We have used her twice and highly recommend her. she has lived in Akron her entire life so she knows every nook and cranny of the city. She was patient (we looked at a TON of houses) with us and is very internet/email savvy. You can find her at www.barbsnyder.com I truly just can't say enough good things about this woman! You may notice that she's considered the "old house" realator, but she works with all types. Ours isn't, and the one she sold for us wasn't an "old house" Good luck, let me know if you use her.

I recently had to sell and purchase a home. I used Lisa Stefancik with Stouffer Realty. She is married to someone I work with, but she did a fantastic job of handling both the sale and purchase. A friend of mine also used her for her purchase and was very pleased.
