I don't know about painting but I had some minor roof repairs done very reasonably yesterday. The man I used has 'roof repairs/handyman' on his card so you could check w/ him about what that covers. His name is Lenny Ratliff, ###-###-####. I've also used Consider It Done, Don and Becky Ehrhardt at ###-###-####. They are great to work with and have a crew that can do just about anything. I've used them from minor plumbing and electrical things, as well as siding repairs and drywall repair.
