What kind of special needs? What are you looking at spending? I may know someone that is willing but if special certification is needed then she won't work.
I have a lady that I have used since my little boy was 8 weeks old. She is at 380 and 75 (which is a bit out of my way to take him) but so worth it! he loves it there...he is now 15 months. She doesn't keep that many kiddos (3-4 is normal) so they all get attention. She is looking for a new little one since one just left because she was too old. She keeps them until they are ready for Pre-School.
