"Hot Flashes" Are Driving Me Crazy! I Am Too Young for This!

I am 35 and what I can only describe as hot flashes are getting worse! I slept in the living room again last night because we have a ceiling fan in there. The thermostat is set on 68 and I still wait up at night too hot to sleep. I guess I am just curious if there are others out there who started having these pre-menopausal symptoms this early!

You are so young to be having pre menopause. Make sure you get a physical to verify this. I do have a friend that started at about 38. It was good for her to have a physician aware so that she could call her for advice and not have to explain that she "thought" she was "pre menopausal" each time she had symptoms. My friend does not like taking any medications, so she takes supplements and sees an acupuncturist.

I am and have always been warm blooded. Even in the winter, I just use a sheet. Last night my hands and feet were so hot, I finally got up and got a cold pack for my feet. I also purchased a osculating fan for the foot of the bed on my side a few weeks ago. I hate having it out, but it is a "tower" style, So I can put it in the closet when not in use. I am dreading hot flashes, cause I already am so hot, I cannot imagine it being any worse..

S., you should probably see a doctor. There are plenty of other reasons that could be causing this. A thyroid issue could be one cause. Surely it's hormone related but I'd definitely see a doctor. Good luck to you.

Oh, yes, S., it is called peri-menopause. Go to my website and look at Menopause Balance Complex and Menopause Balance Cooling Lotion.

The complex helps reduce the frequency and severity of hot flashes. It promotes restful sleep. It helps reduce mild mood swings. The Cooling Lotion does just what it says and it does it in seconds.

Membership is $19.95 (refundable by me to Mammasource Moms) Membership gives you a 15% discount on your purchases. If you need help placing an order or if you have questions, please respond to this email. I will be notified of your order and will mail #19.95 plus tax to you.

S., while you are at my website, also check out Soy Protein and B-Complex. I am past menopause and we did not have the menopause products as such when I went through peri-menopause and menopause but I did take Shaklee Soy Protein and Shaklee B-Complex and escaped the effects of menopause that I have heard other women describe.

My Dr. suggested adding soy to my diet. instead of milk on my cereal, soy milk. It did help. I also bought a box fan for my side of the bed because my husband doesn't like the ceiling fan on. Ask your dr. abt taking estragen. Taking this has decreased my hot flashes.
good luck B.
