Hi, I am pregnant with twins and I asked my high-risk OB for a pediatrican recommendation (I live in Arlington) and he suggested Dr. Michael Yogman at 575 Mt Auburn St, Cambridge. ###-###-####. He worked for 15 years at Children's Hospital and knows all the specialists there. Dr. Yogman has a special interest in Development Neuroscience although I know people who see him for just regular pediatrician. I spent quite a bit of time talking with him just this morning as I would be switching my soon to be 3-year old as well as bringing the twins. He has rights at just about every hospital in the area (BWH, Childrens, Mt. A, Cambridge Hospital, Somerville Hospital, maybe a few more) He is very personable (based on my calling the receptionist and he has called me back every morning for the past 3 days and he's not even my pediatrician)

good luck

We have a great pediatrician in Watertown. Dr. Richard Kerbel 617/923-1040. He is equal parts doctor and businessman, meaning he runs a tight ship. He has never run late for an appointment and he is an excellent, no-nonsense doctor (25+ years). His wife is also a pediatrician and works in the same practice.

We have friends who also see him. When their daughter developed a somewhat life-threatening illness, he spotted it the minute he saw her and sent her to Childrens. He came to the hospital every day to check on her until she was diagnosed and stabilized. That made an impact on me and my husband.

We see Dr. Michael Yogman. His office is on Mt. Auburn St. in Cambridge. He is older (50s?), so I trust his voice of experience, and I really like his common-sense approach.

We've been a hugs fan of David Pangburn of Alewife Brook Pediatrics. He practices with two other great peds in East Arlington on Mass Ave, right off Rt 16 and North Cambridge.
