Okay Mamas! I know that many of you have used cloth diapers and I have also decided to do this. I Reasearched the site to get all your input and have decided that now I need to go look and touch and I know several of you listed some stores in the area that sell cloth diapers and not the ones that my mom used on my sister. I mean the really cool new millions of different types one. I would like to go over Christmas while my mom is visiting and my husband can watch my other kiddos. I like in the Highland Village/Flower Mound area, but as long as I don't have to go to South Dallas/Ft. Worth I am willing to drive. Where stores can I go to?

You can also buy them used on ebay. I have actually bought and sold many there. The Chinese prefolds is what I've always used and they hold up really nice. I also use the Bummi's Super Whisper Wraps and will be selling those too. I actually have a huge box that I will be listing on ebay soon. Let me know if you're interested and it will save me the trouble.

Bree's Baby in Richardson. It is across from UTD on Campbell, near Cici's I think. She is wonderful and spends a lot of time helping you. I bought a Moby wrap there a few days ago and she taught me how to wear it. She has a website too: www.breesbums.com
She will be able to tell you her favorite kinds for newborns versus older babies, etc.

I also recommend Babies Bottoms and More. They even have "trial" diapers that you can borrow to see which fit/brand is best for your baby. I have found that cloth diapers are sort of like us women trying to find that perfect pair of jeans...everyone has their own preferences based on body size and shape...what works for one may not work for the other! That is why I loved being able to try without making the huge investment before knowing what I liked best. FYI, my personal preference are Fuzzi Bunz, never had the patience to deal with the prefolds and covers. Good luck, cloth is a great choice!
