PLEASE HELP! My 3 year old daughter purposely doused her older sisters Emily American Girl Doll with Cranberry juice. I rinsed the doll out but am not sure if 1. that was very smart. 2. How do I dry the doll. 3. will the doll mildew? Help they do not make this doll anymore.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

So Far the doll seems ok , she dried well over night. We will watch her over the next few weeks if she seems to smell odd she will definately go to the AMG Hospital. We love our dolls , and my 8 yr. old wailed when I had to tell her what happened. Thanks for the suggestions about sending her. I appreciate the web address. Thanks Ladies I know I can always get good advice from everyone at Mamasource.

American Girl has a "Doctor" that you can send it to. They will fix her up and she even will come back with her own hospital gown. :) My cousen's daughter spilled chocolate milk on her doll and that is what they did. She came back looking almost brand new. Good luck.

The American Girl doll store has a doll hospital that can take care of your problem and make her good as new. She even returns to you in a hospital gown. How cute.

Ditto on the American Girl Hospital. We sent in a Bitty Baby who lost her arm. She came back dressed in a hospital gown, good as new. :)

Hi J., I work for AG, and I also would suggest you send the doll to the doll hospital. I have seen what the ladies ("doctors") who work there have done to fix some pretty bad dolls - I'm sure they can help, and more than likely she will probably come home looking as good as new. Call the customer service number on the website and they will help you out with how to send her in.

There should be an American girl clinic that you can send her, too. Try calling customer service.

They have the hospital you can bring her too, they fix dolls and get them back to what they were. Call the store and the Mall of America and see what they say.
