Hello! I'm wondering where to take my son, indoors, on Halloween. We live right by Lake Nokomis. I think our son would get a kick out of doing something this year, so I'm picking all of your brains to see what any of you might know of! Thank you so much!

What can I do next?

Hi C.! I'm a single stay-at-home mom of a 5 year old...and we were planning on going to The Mall of America. I hear they have a great set-up! But, since Halloween is on a Saturday, I fear it will be extra crowded (and I've been warned already about the crowds). But, it's warm, safe and organized.
I live in Loring Park and, since my daughter started ____@____.com, we've made some friends who will take us out in a fabulous neighborhood near the Walker.
Whatever you decide to do, have a Great All Hallow's Eve!! ;o)

The Minnesota Children's Museum has an AWESOME party--trick or treating, special activities, story time. TONS of fun for every one! We go with our toddler, preschooler and our eleven year old and we all have a great time! check it out at www.MCM.org

There's a small event at Snap Fitness in Lillydale on Saturday. There will be a photographer taking quick pix with some treats from 2 to 6. It's just west from Hwy 13 and 35E. I heard that one 5x7 is $5, and 3 of the same is $7. And then the images are going to be mailed out with the week or so, if I remember correctly.

Sounds like it could be interesting!

Many of the rec centers have indoor parties on Halloween. If you check the Mpls park and rec website you will be able to find out which ones would be closest to you. Also, some of them also have daytime toddler/preschool parties too. Free! Gotta love Mpls.

We might do the trick 'r trolley that leaves from the Lake Harriet stop. Go to http://www.trolleyride.org/ to find out the info! We did their pumpkin patch ride and it was a blast. Our 2 1/2 year old LOVED it!
