I know it isn't even Thanksgiving yet, but I am trying to plan early for my Christmas shopping so that I don't get caught in the last-minute rush. We have the sweetest teenage girl (14 years old) that babysits our two active toddlers, and we would like to get her something for Christmas; but I have no idea what to get! Unfortunately, we are on somewhat of a tight budget, but any frugal-but-nice ideas you have would be appreciated!
I don't know if you are anywhere close to a Sam Moon's, there is one in Frisco by the mall and another at 35 and 635. I have found that they have tons of pretty necklace and earring sets that you can get for around $5.00. I think these are great teacher / babysitter gifts because everyone can always use another one....
I am getting all my neices that are that age itune gift cards. They all like to download music and listen to their ipods.
I started giving them all gift cards to their favorite store cause they are getting hard to buy for when they get older.

A block buster card for a movie for her, depending on what she likes. She could like makeup so some nail pollish or a pedicure set! Body washes/puffume sets. How about a book!

She'd probably love CASH! I know it's impersonal, but maybe you could give her cash equal to the average amount she would make for one night of babysitting for you.
