My daughter gave us some homemade chai tea concentrate at Christmas - which found its way to the back of the fridge and was forgotten. How long does this stuff last? Is it still usable?

Is it liquid or powder? If it is powder, I would imagine it is good for quite a long time.
I wouldn't drink it. You are looking at 45 days ago. Throw it away...don't risk a belly ache.
If its a powder, its fine to drink. If it was liquid and its open, I would toss it just in case.
If you opened it, maybe, I usually only keep it for a couple weeks, then again I use it in a couple weeks.
It says seven days after opened but it is fine for a couple weeks. Oh and add some Cardamom, they never put enough Cardamom in it.
