Exercise Videos for Mom & Preschoolers

I'm looking for an exercise video that my 2, 4, and 6 year old can do with me. Something fun for kids (even if it's just jumping around to kids music) and good cardio for me. I could use some toning in the belly area after 3 kids.
Thanks.

What can I do next?

My girls (3 and 4) LOVE Zumba. They can't really do the moves but they try and the music is great and the exercise is INCREDIBLE!

I can't recommend a specific video - but you could try searching at www.collagevideo.com. You can preview the videos there before you buy.

FWIW: I workout at home 5 days/week. My 3 yr old loves to come downstairs, grab my 3lb handweights and "do reps". It's so cute. He even counts out loud. I workout mostly to Cathe Friedrich. Not made for kids. But he loves it because he sees me do it everyday.

I don't know of any video's but the best cardio exercise I ever got was just dancing with my kids to music from the 60's! The kids love it and so do I! All I do is put a tape in the stereo/radio (yes, I still use cassette tapes!), turn it up loud and they come running to dance with me. We've done it so many times they even know the words to the songs so we all sing along while dancing. It's great fun and a real workout!

It doesn't really qualify as a work-out video, but my 7 y/o and 3 y/o love to dance (and love it even more when I dance with them!) to Just Dance Kids for the Wii. It really can be a great cardio work-out if you do a series of songs :)

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already but Yo Gabba Gabba is great for dancing around like a fool with your kids! We love it! :)
