My son has always had a case of "baby" Eczema on his legs and arms, its just red and bumpy, not to bad but you can tell its there. I was told this will most likly go away when he gets older but he is 21 months old and still has it. Any advice on how to get it to go away or get the red down or gone?

My daughter has very sensetive skin and I used Eucerin when she was little. It's expensive, but worth the money. K Mart has a generic brand of Eucerin also that is much cheaper and works great for eczema. Also, I'm sure your dr told you this, but washing their clothes in and free and clear detergent helps too. I use All free/clear.

I would try to stay away from perfume based lotions- try shea butter; from my experience it only gets worse not better
