Yes it might clean but does it relax babies and children? Or is it just one more option on the market?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

It is unnanamous! It is the idea that they want you believe it works. It is best to buy lavender oils and mix it with lotion or with water and apply or spray.

I've used it on my little girl, she is usually a good bed timer, but I tried it anyway. It does smell really good but because of the strong fragrance, it caused her to get a rash on her skin. I was glad to see what Rebecca wrote about it and I am definately going to get the oils to try!

Not really because it doesn't contain enough of the essential oils to make that big of an impact. If you look at the label Fragrance comes BEFORE essential oil (actual plant oils) which means the majority of the scent is chemically derived instead of natural.

My suggestion is to go to your local health food store, grab a bottle of grapeseed oil, or almond oil and a bottle of Lavender Essential oil and mix your own bedtime "lotion" to use after a bath (just a drop or two of Lavender EO mixed with about a tablespoon of the other oil is usually enough), just slowly and calmly massage the oils into their skin, they might get hyped up for a little while but generally within an hour they will be cool as cucumbers and ready for bed.

My son's never really had any bedtime issues so I don't know whether the product works or not, but it does smell really good.

You'd be better off investing in some essential oils and mixing it with a really good hydrating lotion and massaging your babies before bed. Not only is it a great way to get sleepy...what a great bond!

The scent of lavender is soothing and relaxing. However in lotion & soap form, it is not a pure essential oil as they claim (many oils are tainted with toxic fillers, unless you know where to purchase a quality oil.). Usually after a warm bath, anyone is ready for bed!

I mix Lavender oil with water in a spray bottle and spray it on the sheets and around the room before bed and it does seem to help, and it makes the room smell great.
