Hi there, I had a company in the past come clean our carpets and now can't find the name.(have already looked thru old receipts and bank registers) They used the RotoVac Machine, very thorough and was impressed. We have a dog that has had her accidents in a particular part of the house and this carpet cleaning machine was amazing. Does anyone have a company that they recommend especially when it comes to dog stains? Would appreciate all and any input. Thank you

I have 2 sons, 2 puppies, one senior dog and a cat - so my carpets are always a mess!! They use a process called PURT to remove animal stains and urine. It's FABULOUS!!
Our first puppy was not very good at going outside to pee. I was SURE that my dining room carpet would need to be replaced (evidentally that was her favorite bathroom). I had Cornerstone come out and it was like brand new - smells were gone - stains gone - everything!!!

I only use Kirk with Absolute Carpet Cleaning. He has saved me from having to lose my deposit on a rental house due to dog urine. Couldn't even tell that there was once dog pee there. He is the owner and operator which I also like because that means he has everything to lose if he doesn't do a good job.
