I did the 30 day shred for 60 days, now im doing jillians 40 minute 'boost fat and burn metabolism video, 3 times a week. The in between days i do pilates, 10 minute intervals, twice a day. I rollerblade 6 out of 7 days of the week from 5 to 6, sometimes 7. I walk 2 miles on Saturday, 1 mile on Sunday. As you can tell i work out most days twice, some days three times. Im really not kidding, i do all this AND eat three balanced small meals a day, no snacking. Only nutritionally beneficial foods. I have had slow, but meaningful success doing these things but i really need something more effective for my abs.Problem with all these things is that they work everything, not just abs.

I would not mind my big butt and boobs if i had a smaller tummy.I always had a tiny belly before having babies, and after my first i was able to get it back (mostly), after my second daughter two years ago i cant seem to get it back.

I wouldnt even mind a little pooch

P90X Ab ripper is the best! I was able to find it on Amazon as a single DVD, which was much cheaper than buying the whole P90X set.

I really like Turbo Jam. You can get the "5 Amazing Workouts" off Amazon for 20-25 bucks, and it includes a 15 minute beginner workout (I still use 3 years later as it is a very quick all-over workout), a 20 min all-over workout, 45 minute cardio workout, 40 minute toning workout (mostly focuses on arms and legs, maybe 10 min abs) and a 20 min ab workout. I love the ab workout. It is fun to do and I ALWAYS feel the results the next day. I did it yesterday and woke up with noticably firmer abs. I like that it is a quick workout as well so I can add in other things like running.

I like the 10 Minute Solutions DVDs and have the 5 Day Get Fit Mix and Keli Roberts' Kickboxing Bootcamp. Both have at least one 10 minute workout dedicated to abs that seemed to get very nice results after my last baby. Another two weeks before I can really get back into things, but I like those a lot.

Super corny, but Cher's ab video is pretty kick-arse! It is old school though, I think it is VHS. You can probably find it online though

I don't personally have this, but it's gotten a lot of good reviews on Amazon...Jackie Warner's Xtreme Abs. I have her Xtreme Timesaver Training and like it a lot. I have Jillian's 6 week 6 pack, but you may not like that as much since it's a full body workout, not just abs.

I love my disco abs workout video with Cheryl Burke (from dancing with the stars)!!! It's seriously fun and I work up a decent sweat. I ordered the workout series on Amazon.com last spring and was doing the workouts 4 times a week before I got pregnant. I was trying to lose weight to make getting pregnant easier. Lost 10 pounds, got pregnant the first time we tried!

Even if you don't feel like you lose a lot of weight from it or tone your tummy much from it, it's so much fun to learn disco moves as a workout!

Good luck!

Another video that targets certain areas is the Jillian "trouble zones" one! It targets abs, saddle bags, and flabby arms! It's one of my favorite workout videos! Even if you don't want to do the whole video, you could just repeat the abs parts? It does use weights, too, which I really like!

I love the "Booty Sculpt" workout in my "Turbo Jam" set. It's only 1/2 hour, and even though it says, "Booty sculpt" it has killer abs and arms (and legs and butt). I do all different styles of work outs, always have, all my life, and whenever I need a short effective one, that is my very favorite. I'm burning the next day and feel it in my whole torso. I also just got a killer DVD that came free with my new Gaiam exercise ball from Target-it wasn't super difficult, but again, OW! My abs are burning more than with lots of my other workouts.

Never forget though, you can't spot burn away the belly. It goes LAST. If you are 10 pounds over weight, it's all in your belly. You can have the strongest core muscles on earth, but the fat is going to stay on top of them until all other fat is gone. The only thing you can do is shred your WHOLE BODY, and eventually, when all the flub is gone, finally, the belly will go last. (Which sucks, because I always have to lose more boobbage than I care to, to get the belly off) Mine was the last thing to go all three times I lost after having kids, and now I just battle the belly all the time since my other weight is gone. Bad week(no exercise, moderate eating)=big belly, great week (proper exercise and great eating)= no belly. It will be a lifelong struggle but that's OK.
If you keep exercising like you are, it will go. But LAST!

Sounds like you are doing everything possible exercise-wise. Good for you! I was exercising a lot as well and wasn't able to tone down my stomach until I changed my eating habits. It sounds like you are eating healthy foods so maybe it is not enough calories and your body is storing fat (going into starvation mode). With all the extra exercising you are doing, you need to still feed your body. Perhaps adding healthy snacks will do the trick. Seems counter-productive but perhaps some research on your weight, height and body-type will get you some good menu options and eating patterns.

Try any of the Moms Into Fitness CORE DVDs. I really love Boot Camp 2. She focuses a whole lot of attention on the core area -- tummy through back -- because this is where moms often find it challenging to lose. The sessions are led by a mom of two (soon to be three), so she really "gets" it.

Definitely check for a diastasis recti, as one person already noted. If you have a separation, your mid belly will bulge forward when you engage the abdominals. There are exercises you can do to bring it closer together. "Lose Your Mummy Tummy" is a good book that talks a lot about those exercises. Good Luck!

Be sure you don't have an ab separation, diatasis recti from your pg. If you do most ab exercises will make it worse.
