Book Carts or Similar
I am a teacher, and go to the library weekly for books for my preschoolers. In addition, my son is developping some interests which we support with books also from the library. I had a book cart (sort of a collapseable box on wheels) but after two years of hard and heavy use, it has broken into sad little plastic shreds. If I take a durable bag, I have a terrible back strain and usually not enough room. So, I am wondering if anybody has a recommendation for a cart that you have had sucess with. Or, any other ideas for toting 30 kids books around and not giving myself a hernia in the process.

Check any teaching supply store you have there, Sam's, Big Lots, Lowe's/Home Depot, Discount Drug Mart, and online at LakeShore, United Art and Education, or Discount School Supply. I have seen the carts at all these places. Some are studier than others and some are cuter and more colorful.

We sound like long lost sisters. I check out so many books that I am often asked if I homeschool. My daughters and I just enjoy story time.
I am on my second cart. The first one was a cheapo. My husband bought a sturdier one from Office Depot. It is very much like this one but does not have a lid. http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/987304/Office-Depot...
I also have a Lands End Large canvas tote that I sometimes use. It can hold A LOT but it does get heavy.

I would use a traveling suitcase with wheels.
