There is a "Pump in Up" in Shrewsbury. I haven't been to that one but I did hold my son's 5th birthday at the Franklin location and he and his friends had a blast as well as the adults.

We've done two birthday parties at Playtown Express in Hopkinton (just off 495) We've loved it - it's clean, big and they are a huge help at the party.
I did my sons winter birthday party at Suburban Athletic Club in Framingham. They offered gym time and pool time and provided a person to run the activities. I provided the cake, ice cream, etc. We had a great time and it was fun to go swimming in the winter! Also, if your child likes to do art projects, Sparks! Art Studio in Hopkinton offered birthday parties. I know the owner, Robin, very well and she is so creative and wonderful. She did my daughter's 5th birthday party and we had a blast. Good luck!
