Bed Wetting Alarm Advice

We used the Malem Ultimate as well. We definitely recv'd good results. He does still have a rare accident if he is over tired, but it was a life saver. He is almost 9 & was very discouraged about not being able to have sleep overs. Because of his age we helped him with it for the first couple of weeks & then we no longer heard the alarm because he took care of it on his own. The alarm sounds at the very instant of moisture, so he would immediately get up to empty his bladder & then reconnect the alarm to a dry spot on his underwear.
I highly recommend any of the Malem alarms. Good Luck.
As a suggestion to try to save yourself the high cost. Check Ebay.

I have not personally used them but three of my close friends have and loved them and we call them potty pagers.

We are in week 2 of using the Malem Ultimate. I bought it from www.bedwettingstore.com and got the Ultimate starter kit, which included a how to book and 2 bedwetting pads. The book was moderately helpful, but not a necessity, and you could probably check it out from your library. However, the pads are awesome and make night changes so much easier and minimize laundry. Since we are still using it, I can't give you a complete review. However, it is easy to understand and use, and my daughter has had 2 dry nights, the first time in her life. As for the money, I agree they are costly, but so were the Goodnights overnight pullups we were using. I strongly recommend that you sleep with your child for the first week or 2 so that you can react immediately to the alarm. They will definitely need your intervention and guidance to learn what to do. Good luck. Oh, one more thing. The handbook says to expect the process to take about 12 weeks.

We used the Malem alarm purchased from the bedwetting store. Worked like a charm. I got the one with more features for about $90. They are wonderful things!

Hi T. I never heard of a bedweeting alarms. But My children are also 37 and 33 years old too. But I do have a grandson who's 3 1/2 years and I never heard my daughter mention one. You didn't say how old your children were. Try taking them to the potty before bedtime and decrease their fluid intake around that time. This should help.
