I have quite a few baby items I need to get rid off and I'd rather give it to someone who needs it rather than toss it. I have 2 forward facing seats, 1 rear facing seat, a portable swing, a bouncer, a baby tub, a baby seat for the bathtub (when they're starting to sit up), baby bottle racks, a dishwasher bottle rack, and clothes for a boy 0-6 months. If anyone needs these items please contact me.

What can I do next?

There is a great yahoo group called Freecycle.org. Also, if you are in the Brandon area, it is called Brandonvalricofreeshare. You don't have to have a yahoo email...just sign up for free. It is awesome...check it out....you can give things and receive things, all free. It is intended to keep things from going into the landfills. Good luck and thanks for passing things on!

Hi K.:

If you don't find homes for your stuff, there is a Crisis Pregnancy Center on Nebraska Ave., and they are always looking for baby items. If you are finished with your maternity clothes, they also take those to provide to ladies with unexpected pregnancies.

I have a 4 month old and I failed to get most of those things for her and actually we're going through a hard financial time right now and are unable to get them. I am actually in need of a portable swing. What kind of bouncer is it? She's at the stage where she likes to sit up... is it one that lays down more? What kind of rear facing seat is it? and the dishwasher bottle rack.. BUT if someone else can use them more.... let me know.. thanks!

K.,

I have a friend who's daughter is having her first baby in the next month. Her and her husband are not well off and to say the least the baby was quite a shock as they were not planning for it. I would love to pass your contact information over to her as I know that she would be absolutely GREATFUL!!!!

Please forward me your contact information or if you would rather I can get her number and pass it to you.

Thanks,
Sam
