Anyone Used More Milk plus or Had Negative Side Effects with It?

I was thinking about trying More Milk Plus to increase my milk supply. I am going back to work in 6 weeks and want to start pumping extra milk to store. My baby is 4 1/2 weeks old now and I don't want to take anything that will effect her or make her uncomfortable. (for example, I eat soy and she gets super gassy)

What can I do next?

I tried it and it worked well for me without any side effects. The liquid doesn't taste the best, but you get used to it. It also comes in capsule form.

I was put on 'Reglan' by my doctor when my milk supply was decreasing.

I have never heard of that, but I have used Yogi Tea's Nursing Mom's Tea. It has Fenugreek in it which increases the supply. I recommend pumping more frequently now to increase your supply. Pumping right after baby nurses to empty the breast is always a good way to start.
