While I don't know of any groups just for stay at home dads, I know there are two stay at home dads in our ECFE class. You may want to check out your local ECFE to see if they have any free drop-in-and-plays. You can join those anytime and you don't have to register. I know for sure the Centennial & Mounds View districts have the free class.

There are dad's that attend ECFE classes, as well as grandparents and such. Our district has an ECFE class just for stay at home parents too.

I recommend MDAH, which LouLou gave you the link for. It stands for MN Dads at Home. My husband is part of it, and he really enjoys getting to spend time with other dads who stay home with their kids.
