Hi there M.. I was reading your first response here and I don't understand...if you have to eat a low cal diet and exercise anyway...what is that supplement good for???

A friend of mine about 2 months ago referred me to a free weight loss web site. I couldn't believe that it was actually free, but IT IS and it is amazing. I signed up and in 4 weeks I lost 10 pounds. It basically is counting calories and they make it so easy because all the foods you eat including every fast food under the sun is in their database. Anyway...it's definitely worth checking out. The support there is phenomenal also and again...IT'S FREE!!! The address is: www.sparkpeople.com
Just go there and make a profile...they calculate your BMI and tell you a reasonable goal in a reasonable time period. It's pretty cool.

Good luck!! :)

HI!
well first i wanted to say congrats on wanting to get healthy together. i am a full time working mom of a beautiful 3 1/2 year old girl. I gained 65 pounds with my daughter and taking it off has not been easy.

Right at the beginning of July this summer I was 136lbs on my 5'3 frame that didnt look too great. things were sagging and cellulite was defiently there. I knew vacation was coming up and I wanted to look great again. i was tired of exercising and not seeing the weight come off.

So I bought ALLI, and instead of just trying it, YOU HAVE TO COMMIT TO IT!
HONESTLY, I was like oh how bad could the treatment effects be!!
WEll, I went to a girls night sleepover with some family and my daughter and we were pigging out all night on chips and junk food. Well, come the next day I couldnt leave the bathroom for about an hour!!
I learned my lesson right then and there what I was doing to my body by eating that food and have stuck to a low cal, low fat lifestyle for almost 3 months now!

I have lost 7 pounds and I have 10 more to go. It hasnt been easy but ALLI has seriously changed my life. I still take it at every meal and havent had and treatment effects. I exercise for one hour everyday! no matter what! i've become addicted to it. its my one hour alone, i put the TV on and do my elliptical trainer, weights, crunches, squats.

ALLI, is also great because when you buy there product you get to register online, recieve meal plans, weekly weigh ins, progress reports, even prizes!!!

My only advice is if your not ready dont try it. its honestly something you have to really want and really stick to.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask! Im registered on here and on ALLI's site and have been using it for about 8 weeks now.

GOOD LUCK!!

Don't use weight loss drugs. The most important thing is exersise,
and stay away from junk food.

NOT A GOOD IDEA. I know many people who tried this "miracle" drug for weight loss and I have heard nothing but horror stories. Everything from stomach cramping to uncontrolled bowel movements (at the most inopportune times, might I add). Talk to your MD. Maybe there is something out there that will help if you want to take medications. Personally, Weight Watchers has been the key for me. Not just the program but the accountability once a week of facing that scale...with a witness LOL. Good luck!!!
