It's a website with a point of view(supports open adoption), but I think it's pretty open-minded and I think it would be a good place to start learning abut adoption. I've also learned a lot from reading adoption blogs, which I'm sure you can find through that website.

We have three adopted children all adopted with the help of The Cradle in Evanston. We love the Cradle. They are amazing at educating both adoptive parents as well as birth parents. We adopted domestically, but they also have a great international program. Good luck in your search.
